These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the The Rock Screen & Home Exteriors LLC website and the services we provide. By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

The Rock Screen & Home Exteriors LLC provides screen repair, panel replacement, rescreening and maintenance for existing enclosures in Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Golden Gate, Golden Gate Estates and Marco Island. We are not a general contractor and do not directly perform new pool cage construction, structural rebuilds or permitting. Outside-scope requests may be referred or coordinated with JC Building Solutions LLC, an independent associated general contractor whose credentials and responsibilities are separate from The Rock.

Estimates and Pricing

We do not publish prices or ranges. Submit your website request; our team contacts you and requests photos, approximate measurements and details. We review whether a visit is needed and, if appropriate, propose a free estimate visit coordinated with your approval. A request does not automatically schedule a visit, and photos or measurements do not guarantee a final price. Your estimate reflects screen type, material, size, panel count, height, access, risk and complexity. Any change in scope will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of invoicing.

Warranties

Warranty availability, coverage and terms vary by the type of work and materials selected. We explain the applicable warranty details in your estimate. Any workmanship warranty is separate from a manufacturer material warranty. Manufacturer coverage, duration, eligibility and exclusions follow the selected product’s written terms and do not apply universally to every installation or repair.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rock Screen & Home Exteriors LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

The content of our website is provided for general information about our services. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current but make no warranties as to completeness or accuracy. All images, text, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Lee or Collier County, Florida.
