Services

The Rock Screen & Home Exteriors LLC provides screen repair, rescreening, pool cage service, and related home exterior services in Southwest Florida. All work is performed by trained personnel using quality materials. Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are free and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those observed during the estimate, or if additional work is requested by the customer. Any change in scope will be discussed and agreed upon before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that customers provide at least 24 hours notice if an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of invoicing.

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. Specific warranty terms for materials and labor will be provided in writing with your invoice or service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by storms, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rock Screen & Home Exteriors LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts located in Lee or Collier County, Florida.
